Crisp Properties NIB Homes, trading as Crisp Properties, respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

The details you give us when you ask for a valuation, book a viewing or contact an agent: your name, phone number, email address and details about your property. When you buy, sell or rent through us we also collect the FICA documents the law requires.

Why we use it

To respond to you, arrange viewings and valuations, market your property with your consent, and meet our obligations under the Property Practitioners Act and FICA. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

Our team, and service providers we use to run rentals and transactions (such as PayProp, TPN and conveyancers), only as far as needed to serve you.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Email admin@crispproperties.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.
