Property has always felt second nature to me. I grew up immersed in it. I'd listen to my dad negotiate deals over the phone or jump in the car to join him on appointments. My mum, still in her pyjamas at the dining table, would be writing business plans and goals or overseeing the daily admin, all while raising three kids.
My parents, Richard and Lyndsay Fowlds, built their careers in commercial property. I've always admired their professionalism and success, and what really drew me in was the dynamic, creative and relational side of the industry: how every property, client and transaction tells a story.

Fresh out of school
Amy began working in property while studying for her bachelor's degree in business, managing an investment portfolio of commercial and residential properties: rentals, property management and the financial side of real estate.
Honing the craft
Years in residential real estate with an established franchise. The goal of one day starting her own property business was ever-present.
NIB Homes is born
The dream became real: NIB Homes, an offshoot of NIB Projects, the family's commercial property brokerage.
Officially registered
Crisp Properties was registered, the vision that had been taking shape for years.
The final piece
In November we re-branded to Crisp Properties. Same team, same ethos, just a new name that fits: fresh, approachable and professional.
